Metenolone, also known as Primobolan or Nibal, is a mild anabolic steroid that is derived from dihydrotestosterone. It has moderate anabolic effects and mild androgenic activity. The drug is available in both oral and injection form, with the injection form having a longer duration of action due to a longer ester. However, injections can be painful.

Experienced athletes compare the effects of metenolone to drostanolone. The oral form of metenolone has a shorter duration of action and is more expensive but has the advantage of not being liver toxic.

Metenolone is often used during cutting cycles to preserve muscle mass, as it has a mild anabolic effect. It does not convert to estrogen, so there is no risk of gynecomastia or edema. However, it can suppress testosterone production, and long cycles may require gonadotropin to prevent testicular atrophy.

Metenolone does not significantly affect cholesterol levels or blood pressure, and it has a low risk of causing androgenic side effects like baldness or skin problems. The most common side effects are aggression, excitability, insomnia, and hepatic enzyme rise at high doses. Overall, metenolone is considered to be one of the safest anabolic steroids currently available.

Effects
• Safest anabolic steroid in a market
• Mild muscle mass gaining effect
• Increase of strength
• Preservation of muscle mass during the cutting cycle and for relief

Side effects
• Suppression of testicular function (relatively low to other anabolic steroids)
• Aggressiveness

Dosage
The mild effects of the drug require a longer course (up to 8 weeks), but with the increasing duration of the metenolone, the risk of side effects increases.

The average dosage is 400 mg, a week minimum. Three weeks after the last injection, or a few days after the last oral intake, post-cycle therapy may begin.

Ester profile

• Half-life is 5-6 day
• Duration of action – 10-15 days
• Frequency of injections - every 3-5 days (depends on dosage)

Enanthate is a long acting ester. Depending on the metabolism and hormonal background, the average period of drug action is 2-3 weeks (half-life is 6-7 days)

Injections are making once or twice a week to maintain a consistently high and as stable concentration as possible.
