Drostanolone, also known as Masteron, is a steroid that has a high androgenic and moderate anabolic effect. Unlike some other steroids, it does not aromatize in the body and actually acts as a mild aromatase inhibitor. It is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone and has similar biological action to this hormone.
